I found the hotel to have both positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a comfortable stay. However, the rooms lacked any decoration, which could have added a more welcoming touch. The service was flawless with no complaints, providing a friendly and excellent experience. On the upside, it is close to the UFF university and the Plaza Mall. The dining experience had its ups and downs; while some enjoyed it, others found the fruit juice to be too diluted, although the fresh unlimited pancakes were a hit. The facilities, in general, were satisfactory, offering what you would expect from a standard hotel. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and room for improvement.
